On the nose it is soft, lightly aromatic, floral, and scents of pastry, in one’s mouth it is persistent and has a great personality.

It should be served at about 12°C in an open tulip shaped glass.

Perfect as a bases for fabulous cocktails, coupled with raw fish or finger food. Ideal if added during the preparation of cream cakes or creams in general (both custard and whipped cream) and in ice-cream. Excellent in sherbets and fruit salad.
